1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing tags are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items or discounted products.
- Gift cards.
- Accessories given as free gifts.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending your item back.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
