Refund policy

At Vadora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing tags are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items or discounted products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Accessories given as free gifts.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending your item back.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
